Itโs been a strange month and a half since we have been on a stay-at-home order here in Chicago. Most days are good but other days areโฆtolerable (I try not to say bad cause my days could be worse but they are tolerable and honestly, so many more people I know are struggling hella hard). I mostly miss seeing my friends and family, hugging them, visiting the water (lake) but I am grateful for technology that still keeps us all connected.
Recently, my friend Victorino and I started having online Loteria in Nawatl. We opened it up to really anyone interested in playing. We know some people who participated and others we did not. Itโs been so much fun and one way for us to have a good time while also talking through these difficult times.
